Delete your TaleGlow account
Parents can delete a TaleGlow Learning account and its associated family data, with a 30-day window to change your mind.
Delete inside the app
Open the parent area, pass the parent gate, choose Account and data, then choose Erase family data. Confirming stops the account working straight away and schedules it for permanent deletion 30 days later. Sign in again within those 30 days to restore your family. After 30 days the parent account, child profiles, interests, learning progress, Glow Tokens, sessions, device tokens, stored avatars, and personalized narration files are permanently erased.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address used for your TaleGlow account. We will verify account ownership before deletion and will never ask for your password or parent PIN.
Request account deletionDeletion is permanent. Store purchase records may remain with Apple or Google under their own retention obligations.
