A parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms and supervise a child’s use of Taleglow Learning and its modules.

Taleglow provides learning practice and progress tools. It is not a school, diagnostic service, tutoring guarantee, or substitute for professional educational assessment.

Parents are responsible for their account and parent gate. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, upload harmful or unlawful content, or use it to violate another person’s rights.

Taleglow Plus may be offered monthly or yearly. One active subscription unlocks included modules for all child profiles in the same Taleglow family account. Payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and trials are managed through Apple or Google under their rules.

Taleglow software, branding, artwork, curated stories, and related materials belong to Leonenko Group LLC or its licensors. Families receive a limited license for personal use. Automated content can occasionally contain errors and should be supervised by a parent.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and nothing limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
