Terms of Use
Effective August 13, 2026. Terms for Taleglow Learning and Taleglow Reading.
Parent responsibility
A parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms and supervise a child’s use of Taleglow Reading.
Educational service
Taleglow provides personalized reading practice and progress tools. It is not a school, diagnostic service, tutoring guarantee, or substitute for professional educational assessment.
Accounts and acceptable use
Parents are responsible for their account and parent gate. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, upload harmful or unlawful content, or use it to violate another person’s rights.
Subscriptions
Taleglow Plus may be offered monthly or yearly. Payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and trials are managed through Apple or Google under their rules.
Content and ownership
Taleglow software, branding, artwork, curated stories, and related materials belong to Leonenko Group LLC or its licensors. Families receive a limited license for personal use. Automated content can occasionally contain errors and should be supervised by a parent.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and nothing limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
